I have over seven years of experience as an attorney in the practice of a diverse range of legal matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, modification, domestic violence, intellectual property, entertainment and media law, publishing, privacy, securities litigation, healthcare, and franchise distribution.  My primary practices have included family law and domestic litigation, intellectual property, employment discrimination, securities fraud, and HIPAA privacy litigation. 

 

I have experience in trial practice in state and federal court, as well as, mediation and arbitration.  I am admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and all Georgia State Courts.  I am a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Fulton County Bar Association, the DeKalb County Bar Association and the Gwinnett County Bar Association.
